Submission Guidelines

1. You must have the property under negotiation or a contract with the seller of record or their heirs. Please attach a copy of the executed contract or terms between you and the seller.
2. Please upload pictures to a photo-sharing website like Google or DropBox. Please make sure the pictures are available for public sharing.
3. Please make sure we know how to access the property. If it is on a lockbox, please provide the lockbox code.
4. You must submit any interior pictures with your comps.
5. Please note we will need at least 14 days in order to market the property, find a buyer, and close on the property.
6. We do not accept properties that are actively on the MLS as JV deals. If the property has been delisted in the last 60 days, the submitted purchase agreement needs to be under contract at 55% of the last listing.

*Note: Profits will be split 50/50 on all deals you submit.
